Two things to remember when reloading; one always weight each bullet when they are finished. Bullets are very consistent in weight from one to another when done right. the second is don't over crimp strait wall auto ammo because it will not seat in the chamber correctly thus causing a KB

Thanks a lot for posting this, being a highly educated college student
that is just getting into firearms I would have been more apt to trust someone's reload ammo at a gun show. Especially considering how hard it is to get 9mm right now.
Again, Thanks for saving me the danger and heartache.

Yep - only reloads from people you know. We have one person - just one in Houston, from whom we will buy. They had a store front as well as a table at the gun shows. But they aren't putting anything out right now, so we've gone to UMC FMJs.

I would only run reloads in my hi-point because even though they may be ugly, their pretty much bullet proof!

Only factory ammo for me, and then eyeball each round as you load it. I have posted this pic before , but I figured some of the new members should see it. This came straight out of the box of WWB 357Auto.

Safety begins with the little mundane things, such as checking each bullet, regardless of whether a manufactured or trusted source. We buy from only people or manufacturers we trust, but it is *our* responsibility to check the ammo before we load it. That doesn't mean we can spot everything, but we must take reasonable care at each step, and if something doesn't go right, to stop and investigate. Our intuitions or "red flags" are sometimes our only hint something is wrong. Don't ignore those either!

yeah, I wouldn't use someone's back yard reloads. You never know, its not worth it IMO.
