I Bought A Bowie Knife For Five Bucks.

Yeah, I got it at the Wagon Wheel Flea Market on Park Blvd in Saint Petersburg. It is a brute too, and it took an edge, with no trouble, so you never know. A good deal is a good deal, in my book.
I got it for inside of the house defense, and I will split a skull with it, if I have to. So, anyway, here is hoping that it never happens. But, I think that I will prove my machismo, by chopping down a small sapling or something. I already have the knife, so I gotta do something with it. That thing has a 10 inch blade, with mild rust, and that kind of steel takes a good edge.

Thank you. And if I sound batty at times, I am blaming a crazy life for that.

I chopped up some oak branches with it today, and it works like a charm, and it is easy to sharpen too.
