I like the trijicon HD's, far from the cheapest though. I feel that the colored ring around the front sight helps with shooting in the day, since you can't see the tritium during the day. TFO's are good also.

Not offended.
^^ Yup. They vary so much in design and the trade off of better daytime visibility vs nighttime visibility. The best thing to do is to hunt down some pics of the various offerings and do a side by side comparison to see what fits your eyes better. The only negative thing I have heard is that the fiber optic front site that is long and exposed has a tendency to get broken from bumping the firearm against another object. I don't know about you but I don't generally bump my FA around very much even when I was on the job.

Have used truglo, trijicon amd meprolite. I like Truglo the best.
I ordered Ameriglo's with a claw rear site but not received it as a two week back order on tritium.Looking forward to trying it out, give Rick Callihan at AmeriGlo a call great to work with 610-296-8915
The local shop had Meprolites, and put them on for free. They seem like money well spent.
