Federal Ruling: Confiscate Firearms Without Warrant

MILWAUKEE, WI — The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that it is NOT a violation of Constitutional rights if police break down a citizen’s door, search their home, and confiscate firearms, ...so long that “they believe” it is in the citizen’s best interest.

Question: So when is it truly in the best interest of any citizen ...to ‘violate’ their 4th Amendment protections???
What... these police where too lazy to get a Judge to issue a ‘valid’ warrant???
Shame on them...

I have a nephew who just put on a badge as a deputy sheriff 3 months ago,and we are so proud. Talking to him there is no way they would ever do that to law abiding citizens here. I think all the sheriffs in florida either voted or signed an agreement not to back the feds if they told them to do this. guess we do things different down south.and I'm sure that goes without saying.

Any Judge is ‘obligated’ to properly interpret and apply the law ‘as written’ (legal textualism). Their ‘personal’ view is moot. This case needs to go on appeal ‘up’ to the SCOTUS.

LE having ‘probable cause’ and ‘compelling facts’ can ask a Judge to ‘waive’ a citizen’s 4th Amendment protections and issue a no-knock warrant. The LE agency does NOT have and should never have, the right to by-pass our required ‘judicial warrant’ process...
To ‘intentionally and knowingly’ by-pass the warrant process... is itself felony.
(Federal DOJ use to take that seriously... now they are just part of the problem.)

When LE does this invasion without a warrant ...it is basically an act of tyranny.
Stalin and Hitler had LE thugs running around doing this too.
