I sincerely don't think it will void your warranty. They glock is such a well-made machine that they company has no problem standing behind its products.
That being said, make sure to check your holster before you install this part. Some holsters will press on the extended mag release and... release your magazine right when you don't want it to, like standing in line at the bank or bending down to get some canned peas in the grocery store.
I don't know that from personal experience, btw.
