GLOCK Mod 17 GEN3 with TWO mag-release buttons

Are you in the US?

Glock made the AMBI which was only released in the US in the large frame. I know the 21 was available in AMBI (I own one) but I can’t remember if the 20 was also available. I’m pretty sure they were not but not 100%.

So, the 17 was never released as an AMBI in the US. If you have one here, it would defiantly be desired by collectors.

My older Glock 20 only has one mag release. It’s a Gen 2.

The G17 Gen3 replaced G17 Gen2 in 1998 and has remained in production, but how many such models were made can't say for sure. You should to connect manufacturer to know this.
