You know, it would be great if there was a thread with PHOTOS of members wearing their IWB or OWB holsters.
I have been researching holsters all day, and I have a headache.

For me, since I am 6', 255lbs, and looking for a decent holster.
I am hoping this one, might do the trick. Thoughts...?

A few questions to get more people in this discussion;

What position would you like the holster to be able to be carried in?
What is your maximum price?
Do you need a tuckable clip option?

I would say the holster you are looking at is not the best but would get you through if you had to use it. I had one just like it and threw it because the clip was not as effective as it should be. Also, the protruding kydex edges would catch the inside of my thigh (I carry AIWB). I have found the holsters with the dual pull the dot loops to be the most secure and best setup for 4 o clock carry

However, if you want an appendix rig that would also be able to be used as a 4 o clock from time to time, I would recommend the holsters with the single or dual G-code style clips.

They are secure and I have been running them on my two rigs for over 3 years now with zero pulling the holster out of the pants with the gun. Below I have pictured my carry rig for my Glock 19 with my extra mag carrier. I apologize for not having photos of me wearing it. We are also two different sizes of people. I'm 5'10" and 160 lbs wet haha but happy to help you find what you like.

If you haven't tried them yet, a nice hybrid holster may also be a good option.

That's where I started back in 2012 and still consider it to be a very nice means of carry. Hope this helps.

The link in my original post, is the holster I purchased.
I wasn’t set on a maximum price, per sè, I was more concerned with review results.

After a lot of reviewing of reviews on multiple holsters, I settled on the one I bought. It sits inside my waist band, right side, near my hip bone. It sits vertically, but I do tilt it forward a little (not sure what time one would call that). Currently I am still trying to get used to it. Might need to wear it around the house for a while (can’t carry to work).

I like the Aliengear. I hate the plastic clips. Next time I'll get steel. I have 2 of the 3.0. One has the Shield shell. Come to think of it I need to get a Taurus shell.
