Well, I had bought my first handgun in 1988, and it was a Taurus Model 85 in .38 Special. I carried and shot the revolver for three years, and it always ran good for me. I traded it off in 1991 for a semi-auto, and never looked back. Yesterday, I came full circle, and bought one of these:

It is a S&W Model 642, in .38 Special +P. I forgot the familiar feel of the snubby, and am already looking for another Smith in .357 this time. The older I get, the more "low speed - high drag" I become! Lol.

I like it, but I like revolvers in general, because they look good, and they will kill a punk too. I have had a Taurus 85, and I gave it to a girlfriend.

My M4 and Glock 19 Gen 4

That is a nice shot of your gear; and I like both guns, but the M4 is at the top of my list. It is one of my favorite types of weapons.

I just picked this Gen 4 Glock 27 recently for $400 flat!



I just put what I believe to be the first 200 through it.

Here's the first 50 rounds at 10 yards (30 feet if I want to make it sound more impressive ).

Dirty Glock.

A nice gun at a nice price, it looks great.

I rigged one up like that, and it kicked like a horse, with buckshot. But if you can handle it, there isn’t any gun that is more compact, for the fire power that it has.

I rigged up my first 870 that way, and with slugs, it kicked like a horse. I am going to keep a full stock on my current 870.
