Based on this ,you were in the limit. Hard to say what happened. I had AR 15 upper explode ,when I used wrong powder by mistake.
Never had a problem in pistol cartridges. Actually met of them were little underpowered ,since I kept it in lower limits.
Just put 200 rounds of my reloads thru my new Taurus 1911 without a hick up.
