ok i have a glock 17 gen3 and was wondering has anyone used the stainless steel guiderod,recoil buffer. from the glock store if so how do you like it and does it make a big differance in the recoil. any help is appreciated

A gen3 G17 shouldn't have that much recoil. I don't think replacing those parts will help.

Hello Mike RMD's right 9mm is not a power house. Id buy more ammo and scrap the recoil rod idea on a 17. John
