Just a suggestion. I know this is a gun forum and all, but most people have a not so serious side also. We might get a few more posts going on too? I run a cigar/beer forum and it has some real characters on it that find some pretty damn funny stuff. It is not all safe for work, so Im not sure its ok to post here. Any thoughts?

Sounds like a good idea to me. We have our share of characters also, me included.

I have told you guys before, one of the big advantages of Glocks is that to most wives they all look alike. Wife: "Is that a new Gun?" Me: "Thats my Glock".

So what about this: NName591's husband is a LEO and carries a G23 so what about him? How can he fool her when he brings home a new toy?
Come to think of it, I'm being sexist. She is just as likely to bring home a new Glock so how can she fool him?

Life's just not fair sometimes.

I think it's easier for a woman to fool a guy, than vice versa. Women get practical quick when it comes to spending money. Men are easily...how should I put it...distracted?

Now I know I'm being ridiculous.

Tried and true methods:
- texcowboy's favorite "that's my Glock"
- texcowboy's statement, but from a woman "what this old thing?"

Notice both are true statements, but don't really answer the question.

Then there's rationalization:
- plea bargain (if I buy this, you can have that...)
- "well last month you bought/spent..."
- and the woman's favorite "but honey, it was on SALE"

What did I forget?

This is an example of some good clean fun...

If we had a Humor Section we could even quote our two favorite comedians, Biden and Fienstein.

They could make dumb and dumber part two and would not even have to act, just be themselves......
