ZZ Top, is the only one decent listed, so far. Metallica, Motley Crue , is the type of stuff I listen too. Was a Springsteen fan, but tired of the liberal bullshit from some of these bands.

I have a 2-year old, so when I get back from deployment I'm sure I will exclusively listen to the mickey clubhouse theme song and frozen soundtrack.

For now, I listen to a loop of Pink Floyd on my 13 hour watch. Dark side of the Moon, The Wall, Meddle, Animals, and Atom Heart Mother Suite are about 4 hours combined! Ready for "Time" when Atom Heart Mother ends!!

Were you even alive in 77 Tommy to actually SEE Skynyrd?:D

I think more than likely, You fell in Love with Skynyrd,...later on in your life. Sorta like me with Sinatra. My folks Loved him. I Saw his FIRST "retirement" concert at Ceasar's Palace in Vegas in the Mid 70's, but I listened to him from my folks for years.

Did ya know there was a "movement" on, years back to make Free Bird, the state song of Florida? Naw...It didn't fly.

I grew up with Skynyrd. This used to be The South, and Skynyrd was revered here, before The Yankees took over Florida, and vilified everything that is "Southern".
